Free Shipping on Rambo bikes within Canada with the exception of the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut where due to increased costs of ground transportation we can provide a quote prior to shipment. Accessory only orders will always be plus freight.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. We require a physical address for all shipments.

In stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days.

International customers are responsible for freight and all custom and duty fees incurred.

Rambo Bikes will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are picked up from our facility.

On items delivered: To be deemed eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused and in its original box. The item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

On Items Purchased but not yet shipped: Subject to a 10% processing fee.

• Before a return can be accepted, the customer must have approval from Rambo Bikes Canada and a return authorization number granted by Rambo Bikes Canada.
• All returns communications can be sent to returns@rambobikes.ca
• No refunds are issued without a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number, refunds will not be issued, customer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees incurred. Once a properly returned item is inspected, refund will be applied or denied.

Rambo Bikes Canada reserves the right to limit the use of all promotions. All promos must be used at time of purchase and will not be granted in retrospect. Promo codes cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with any other offer or special.

If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, Rambo Bikes Canada reserves the right to refuse to fulfill and refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please email or call us.
